The Swimming Pool is heated from April to the holidays of All saint's Day.

*Rates per week for 9 people maximum from Saturday to Saturday.

Included bed linen and shower towels (beach and pool towels are not provided).

The tourist Tax  is included in the price.

End-of-stay cleaning is offer under conditions.

BOOKING CONDITIONS :

The seasonal contract must be returned signed with a deposit of 30%.

Refundable Damage Deposit (due upon arrival) €2000.

Our friends pets are not allowed

Non smoking villa (please smoke outside).

Stays taking place during confinement or during travel restrictions

due to the Coronavirus pandemic will be postponed.
